Booheads

Ben Caspary launched Booheads in November 2020. His company makes sustainably made and biodegradable bamboo toothbrush heads for consumers seeking an alternative to the disposable plastic versions that end up in landfills.

Realising that he lacked the cashflow to generate supply for incoming orders, he decided to take out a Start Up Loan of £15,000.

While Ben is committed to producing a sustainable product, he recognises that as an e-commerce business he cannot entirely control the carbon footprint of his supply chains. At the moment, he is focusing on keeping products cost-effective and ensuring that his customers receive their orders in a timely fashion.
